1. Know What Foods That You Need To Include
There are the right type of foods that you need to eat that will provide the best nourishment for your baby while keeping away the unhealthy pregnancy fat. The right kinds of foods will not pack on extra weight even if you eat lots of them. What foods can you safely eat? Mostly foods that only have one ingredient like: chicken, steak, fruits, veggies, rice, eggs, butter, bacon,coconut oil, avocados, and sweet potatoes.

Nutrition Tips: The fat contained in egg yolk are really great for helping to grow your baby's brain. Coconut oil is good for eliminating pregnancy fatigue. There are many more of these foods.

2. Know What Foods That Are Unhealthy.
You need to discover what foods will cause you to gain an unhealthy amount of weight and that are also dangerous to your little one. Of course you are already aware that all the cakes, cookies and sugars are unhealthy, but there are also lots of other foods to stay away from.

There are even foods marked as good for you like soy milk. Soy can negatively affect your thyroid and disrupts your regular hormone levels. You also need to stay away from dairy products. They are filled with hormones and antibiotics. And do not be concerned about your calcium, you can get plenty of calcium from leafy veggies and certain nuts. Also, stay away from all the foods that contain a long list of chemicals and preservatives.

3. Know How To Properly Combine These Foods
Learning what to eat when pregnant and combining certain foods in a particular way will combat morning sickness, fatigue, and other nasty pregnancy symptoms. Every meal should at least have protein, specific fats, and the right kind of carbs.
